As for your question on videos, depending on where you get 'em from, there should be something called an EMBED code. This it the HTML code for the video. Cut and paste it into your HTML (the button next to compose when you're writing a post), and they should show once you publish it.
Oh, and by the way: anything on the great Salvador Dali to come?
